Just ran across this thread on HBT, with this yeast calculator. Hope you can find it useful.

Got a yeast on a starter now and am always wondering about yeast calculator.com. This one is pretty close to what the other one shows in final yeast count.
It's great to have options......thanks for the linky!

I find one cool option of this calculator is the Overbuild function. This allows you to make the size starter to pitch in the beer you're brewing now, and with using the Overbuild, allows you to make additional X amount to harvest and save for a later date.

I do this almost with every new batch of yeast. I save at least 500ml with each starter and found that I may save about 3-4 free batches of year, money wise.
