Dry Hop Substitution

I'm subbing Centennial for Cascade. I already adjusted the IBUs in the recipe. Do you adjust when dry hopping also?

Dry hopping doesn't add any IBU's so you don't have to adjust and since Cascade and Centennial are somewhat similar, you should be good to go.

Yup, that is one of the reasons when my hops get a bit long in the tooth they get used more and more as aroma and some flavor. They are vacuum sealed and put in the freezer which keeps the aroma just fine but you cant really fully stop the alpha degeneration.
