New World of Beer

One of 2 WOB's opened on the 15th (in my area of the burbs, NOLA is opening early next year) so RedBEERd and I took a quick trip there. It's ok. Not as many beers on draft as I'd like but they do plan on some rotation. Lots of expensive bottle beers though. There was a guy from Dallas there as a trainer who knew his stuff (though the girls serving did NOT) and he was very helpful and friendly and spoke with us for about 90 minutes and even shared some free samples of a sour and some special beers.
I enjoyed an Arrogant Bastard and Young's Double Chocolate Stout from England.
It's a bit smaller than I thought and somewhat sterile but I think I'll be back every now and then. They are a bit expensive but you can't get Coors, Bud or Miller even if you wanted to.
