Dumb C02 question

Should a 10 lb tank at 10 psi carb a keg faster than a 5 lb tank? I ask because I got a great deal on a 10 lb tank and it's only $15 to fill it compared to $10 for a 5 lb tank. I put a new keg on the 10 lb tank at 10 psi and it carbed it in 3 days! It seems perfectly carbed.
So, the question needs to be asked. I say no way, it's not possible but it did.
Now I got a new gauge so the next question is, is it WAY off? It's a serious nice gauge and highly reviewed so I think not.

10 psi is 10 psi regardless if it's a 5 lb. or a 10 lb. tank. You'd get more kegs carbed with a 10 lb. vs. a 5

Nope, 10 psi is 10 psi, 5lb or 100lb tank.

You'll carb your eye out!
Yep, 10 is 10 regardless of lbs.

So Santa just gave me the gift of carbed beer a few days early? Cool, I've always liked that guy.
Guess that's on tap for the weekend.

I use a 10 lb'r, does not carb any faster in my opinion, just one hell of a lot heavier to lug around.
