Killed another keg

But much of it went in a good cause, i.e. growlers for Christmas Eve at my parents' house, and for our trip upstate to visit SWMBO's family. It went over quite well in both instances, and I had two pints when we got home today, and then it went toes up.
So now I'm going to make a yeast starter tonight for Sunday's brew, and on Saturday I'm going to keg the Amber's Amber Lager, to sit for at least four months (although I might sneak a pint on Opening Day).
I'm still adjusting to the optimum wait time for kegs, and I know patience will pay off. I just need to fill up the pipeline more with the 2.5 gallon batches (and maybe cut back on my consumption). But I'm loving my keezer, and I'm looking forward to the day when I have two taps working at once, and a third keg in reserve for quick rotation.
