Hey Tom,

I'm just down the road from you in Schaumburg area! BTW, there's a great homebrew club in Palatine - Club Wort. Highly recommend to come to one of our meetings as a guest, there's a ton of awesome homebrew and great people!
In Soviet Russia, beer brews you!
My brews

Strawberry Rhubarb Wheat (5-gal)(AG)
Cranberry Mead
Buck-Flower Mead
Flanders Red (5-gal)(AG) x 2
On Tap:

Welcome aboard! I've been to Chicago, nice town.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
Never mind, there it is.

I made the mistake of getting off the interstate in Chicago once; over my dead body will I ever go through that city again.... now I take a very long way around it when I go from ND (where I now live) to where I grew up and my parents live (S.W. of Indy). Got to admire anyone that can live in Chicago and grow old without being gunned down by all the gangsters that run that place. Made Indy look like child's play, it has its areas to avoid.

No offense made to those that love that city, it just scared the shyte out of me, which is hard to do.
Life is short, live it to it's fullest!
