Mein Maibock (PM/PV 5 Gallon)

Pretty simple. You could use Hersbrucker or similar in place of the northern brewer and/or saaz and it would be more plain jane traditional, but I wanted something more spicy and less floral, because that's what I like and this is Mein! Do it full mash/full volume with 5# of pilsner (or 50/50 Pils/Vienna split) if you got the pot, I just can't do it with my stove/pot. Either way you'll get good beer.
6# Vienna
2# Munich
4# MoreBeer Pilsner Extract (late addition)
0.75oz Perle @60 (6.6%AA)
0.5oz Northern Brewer @30 (6.7%AA)
1oz Saaz @flameout (2.4%AA)
Mashed the Vienna and Munich BIAB style at 152
Hops as above, the Pils Extract went in @10
Chilled split equally between my 2 LBCs and topped up to 2.5 gallons in each.
Pulled a sample, OG was 1.067 after top up. Should be around 27 IBUs.
3 packs of S-34/70 split between the 2 (1.5 packs in each LBC). Will ferment 57-58ish, which is why I went with the S-34/70 instead of a big starter of some bohemian lager yeast. If you can do low 50s/upper 40s, bohemian lager liquid yeast would be a good choice.
