Im trying to use up some cascade hops that are in freezer bags. I also have 6#s of LME that should be used before it goes bad. How does this look?
I have a lot of hops that I would like to use up. The Cascade hops are open and the others are in factory sealed packages so I'm not too concerned about those going bad.
How does this look? I could partial mash or steep. The LME is something I have on hand from the late fall and I want to use it up. I have 6#s of it.
I will have to take a trip to the LHBS to buy the steeping or partial mash grains and could add crystal or victory or another grain that I haven't considered.
I also have two row in stock.
Any suggestions about how to tweak this recipe or change it completely?
I added a screen shot of my hop inventory.
Thanks for any and all suggestions!

Re: IPA recipe
The hop schedule looks nice maybe some Vienna or C40 on the grain I have a pale with 2 row, Munich, Vienna and C40 for grain and came out really nice, your going to like the flavor Amarillo brings. Glad you got the old profile figured out.

Its good to get my old ID back.
I didn't get to send out our RCE this week. It looks like it will go out next week. I'll try for Monday because we have a hugh storm coming. It looks like it will shut down the Northeast for a couple of days. I am planning on brewing on Tuesday when I'll be housebound.
