I'm not endorsing this, just sharing. No pics available, but here is the link to the AG version (extract available).Start brewing bad with Walter Wheat! This ingredient kit is certainly not your average wheat ale, but is definitely full of flavor and includes a secret ingredient: Blue Raspberry rock candy! While there isn't a very noticeable raspberry flavor or aroma, we like to think that the addition of these candy rocks mixed with the late addition of crystal hops help to tie the rest of the recipe together, delivering a wheat beer that will leave you smiling and thinking "I am the one who brewed this.

I wonder if Bryan Crankston gets any money from this. At least the writers. If not, they Better Call Saul!

Every time you pour a pint for somebody you could say, "Say my name!"
Re: Breaking Bad fan? Want to brew a "Walter Wheat"?
That email got me on their site like I was some sort of addict. I didn't buy that but I ended up buying $60 worth of other stuff. 5 gallons of Dark Rye Session IPA and 5 gallons of my annual winter dark Kolsch are in the soon to brew pipeline now... Stupid blue rocks.
Re: Breaking Bad fan? Want to brew a "Walter Wheat"?
Lol, marketing at its best. I remember you doing that winter dark kolsch last time. Are you trying the Kolsch malt?
Re: Breaking Bad fan? Want to brew a "Walter Wheat"?
I'm doing it with the Kolsh Malt which I used once before and liked a lot, D-45L (so only "semi dark", will mostly add some slight bready and vanilla flavors), single hopped with Spalter Select, and Wyeast Kolsch as the yeast because I've got chilly temps. I think it should turn out nice.
