I've just started using a brand new on line service called " Skillshare". It offers a free introductory month and after that it is 10.00 a month.
The idea is if you have a skill or knowledge in an area you can post a video or class about it and others will watch it. I know it sounds a lot like youtube which is free.
There is a great 45 minute class by Brooklyn Brewery's Garret Oliver taking you through the process of creating an emulation beer. In this case it is a Mexican mole sauce inspired beer.

Check it out for a month for free. I'm sure there will be many more brewing related classes.

The Garret Oliver video is a really nice crash course in recipe construction. I'm watching part three now.
It's very well produced and he shares his thought process about selecting ingredients. Really. cool!
