Farmhouse is my go to hop supplier. I really want to try these and many more but I just have way too many hops right now and must use them soon.
Lots of craft beers are using lemon drop hops.....I was trying to find out what the experimental number of these was since I had a number of experimental hops that I used and never found out what the ended being. Many are just forgotten.

Your are my Google Master!
That definitely wasn't one of the numbers I had on my experimental hop package but there were also not 'lemony' either.

They sound like a more citrusy version of Apollo. My finger is hovering over buy button on Farmhouse...

Every time I go to their website I end up buying something and I have forced myself not to go there until I deplete. But, I think their prices are some of the best and they come in sealed well. I've never, ever had a problem with Farmhouse.
I think Stone Delicious IPA uses them as well.

In particular, their shipping prices are the best around. It's hard to want to buy an oz of hops on another site and have to pay 3 times the cost of the product to ship it. I know it basically works flat rate up to a certain weight but I don't often buy a bunch of stuff all at once. I'm more of an as-needed person.

Damn you guys!! I was holding off making an order on midwest until they had a shipping promo code but since Farmhouse is half the shipping cost and had citra hops in stock i had to pull the trigger!! Got more stuff through Farmhouse and paid less total!! Seems like a great company to me!!

I ordered the Lemon drop and the El Dorado from FarmHouse a couple months ago and have been going back in forth on how to use them.
After much deliberation I decided to use them separately in my next ipa, going with the El Dorado first and adding Citra and Centennial all at >10min additions and bittering with hop extract, prob dh with the El Dorado and Citra. Then I'm thinking maybe the second time around using the Lemon Drop in place of the El Dorado.
Getting close to brewing, just need more TIME

I had El Dorado for a while and wasn't sure but someone gave me a recipe (and asked me not to share it) that uses it with Galaxy and it's pretty good together. I'm afraid to use El Dorado by itself and wouldn't think that Lemon Drop with El Dorado would be much to my liking but some may like that.
I think some hops are only good in small amounts and wonder if that is the case with these.

I don't know how much they use in the Delicious IPA but it's definitely prominent. I got a a lot of lemon peel from that beer.

Here's a great example of how everyones tastes are different. Cause I don't get much lemon at all. I must be getting the El Darodo. I love lemon stuff, but this one just tastes different to me, that's why I think I must be getting mostly El Darodo.
Drink On!!!
