So.... this needed to be done. Upon doing some quick research via the Google machine, I found a blog which listed a recipe based on The Brewing Network's show where Lagunitas was kind enough to share their recipe. I'll have to do some conversions from metric to standard, and also scale it down to my usual 2.5 gal batches, but here it is.
http://relativitybrewery.blogspot.com/2 ... clone.html
3.68kg US 2-row 50%
2.77kg wheat malt 37.6%
90g home toasted wheat malt 1.2%
830g torrified wheat 11.2%
Boil for 90min
11g Nugget 9%AA at 90 min
2g Horizon 12%AA at 90 min
2g Summit 17.5%AA at 90 min
8g Willamette 5.2%AA at 45 min
27g Santiam 5.6%AA at 15 min
9g Willamette at 15 min
24g Cascade dry hop
24g Centennial dry hop
24g Simcoe dry hop
24g Chinook dry hop
18g Amarillo dry hop
15g Columbus dry hop
WLP002
Mash at 150F
Pitch at 62F, raise to 68F after 36 hrs, then raise to 70F after another 36 hrs.
-------------------
Unfortunately I did not see anything showing how many days to dry hop for, but I figure something between 3 and 5 days would work.

Re: Lagunitas Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Clone
Someone on this forum has done this before because I think they sent me a recipe once. Can't remember who it was but they said their's was pretty close.
I think BYO did a brew of this that was successful and I really think the amount of wheat is what makes this beer so good.
EDIT:
Nope, it was Can You Brew It but to me, this doesn't look like nearly enough dry hops at all. I think Phil's is much closer to what they claim this is. Just too different.
