Taking one for the team

I woke up early today (I have a lot on my mind), so I used the time to revise my brew schedule. The pipeline has taken a hit recently, as my work schedule and subsequent fatigue caused me to take a week or two off from brewing. And it's going to have to continue to take a hit, since three of my next five batches are going to be wedding batches.
I'm committed to brewing a saison and a pale ale for the rehearsal dinner, and an IPA as a gift to the groomsmen. I'll get to reserve some of each of these for myself, but the pipeline is already in danger of running dry (probably will this weekend; I didn't plan very well and made some batches that require extended conditioning). No matter. You do what you gotta do.
