Getting your old bookmarks back...

Ok, after spending this morning searching for some old posts in my broken bookmarks, I've found a pattern. For folks like me that bookmarked threads in their browser, this can help get some of them back. At least long enough to copy any useful information into a local file, etc.
Take this old bookmark as an example:
Sadly, this technique only works for some bookmarks. The old site use to have more than 7 main categories. Most notably there used to be a main category called "Community Drainpipe," like this one:
Anyway, I hope this helps even just one other person recover some lost info.

The new thread for this old topic is:http://community.mrbeer.com/community/d ... on-forums/11-basic-brewing-techniques/338827-mixing-dme-and-lme
So basically if you remove the part in red in the first link, you have your old bookmark back. Note, sometimes you have to stick a - (dash) at the end of the modified bookmark, but not always. I think that depends on if two old threads had the same or similar title.

Since that main category no longer exists, I have no clue where it would be relocated now, if it's even still there. I suspect the reason some people have thousands of posts missing in their profile on the old site is because, despite Mr. Beer's claim to have not lost anything, thousands of posts in those categories are gone.http://community.mrbeer.com/community/d ... on-forums/12-community-drain-pipe/328343-labels
