wife made a smoothie batch with acai berry, blue berry, pommegrannite juice , beets, carrots, kale and a Tsp of lemon juice. put it in a closed plastic container that LME came in with a kit from NB (washed afterward). fast forward a day or two. container is bulging. went FIZZZZZ on opening. it has settled into 3 distinct layers... fine pulp (bottom), juice (middle) and thick slurry pulp FILLED WITH CO2 BUBBLES!!! no yeast was added so it must have come from rogue yeast on the veggies. it packs quite a kick .. has fusel-like heat to it.

What the heck????
