I have slacked on the Borg and making beer. I'm hoping that life has simmered down long enough to do a batch or two soon...
Have we ever done a beer/food pairing thread?

If something I eat doesn't go well with the beer I'm drinking, I just drink more it.

I agree with you 100% lord...or i'll switch to a double ipa, that kills just about any bad tasting food(y)
