If I had to guess, Belgian like, except with much stronger flavors then the banana/pear/spice you get from the yeast.

Soon I'll bottle the batch where I used 1oz in 5 gallons, so I'll know more then. Although that one I did use a Belgian yeast. But I know what the yeast tastes like on its own, so I will have a good feel for what it adds.
