That's all there is to it, dad2all5. A SMaSH brew is a Single Malt and Single Hop beer. In this case, he just mashed grain (2-row barley malt, therefore it is an all-grain brew) and used only Mosaic hops for the boil.

I did a Mosaic Wheat extract earlier this year that was also well received!

Just Briess Bavarian Wheat LME and Mosaic Hops... Used Wyeast 1010 American Wheat yeast.

So what are the measured ingredients, recipe

Example 6 gallons water, 8 lbs. Wheat, 2 oz. Hops

Im a newbee to brewing.
