Interesting article.

Yeah, they oversimplified the mash process, but the point of the article was the artwork created by the yeast DNA profiles, which is pretty cool stuff.

Speaking of cool stuff, you always seem to find these really neat articles related to brewing, and I'm so glad you share them with us. Good stuff, Li'l Sis! You're the Borg's window to the ever-expanding world of brewing.

Interesting idea but I find the artwork boring. That's just me, though - I just don't appreciate art the same way some people do.
