I bought everything I need to make some Pliney if I want to. I don't know if I will actually make Pliney, or instead make twice as much of some kind of "half Pliney session IPA" (Pliney the Pipsqueek?) but I will have it in my hands soon. I don't drink a lot of 7% beer, so the pipsqueak version is more likely. I might just add a bit of Munich and that should help balance it out for the lower OG.

Do you have the recipe for Pliny posted somewhere? I found the recipe from Vinny a few months ago, just curious if its the same one. :)

Here is our thread on Pliny. Most of us have followed Vinnies recipe with great results. We'll be happy to answer any questions you have. I need to brew this again myself.
