Here is my Brew system
have decided to go with a 2 cooler Herms System using an electric heating element(Unfortunately at this time I do not have access to a 220 outlet since I rent) so I had to go with a 1500W heating element. I figured once I get my own place it would be pretty simple to upgrade, change a few wires and put in a new element(the components I bought are big enough to handle the bigger element)
Here is my test setup I did today to make sure everything worked and there were no leaks. The test was a great success, I had a little trouble with the pump at first(must have had some kind of suction) as it wouldn't flow, but that figured out and it works perfectly.

and stirrer
All set up on the new stainless table
Therminator
Mashing
Sparging
The things works extremely well I love it, the mash holds perfectly, Just wish I had 220V so I didn't need to preheat my water

My fermentation Chamber, this is a dual Temperature chamber
My CAD Plans
with outer door open
With Both doors open
Building has begun
More Progress
Getting there
Most of the way done
The main Chamber, before I added the second fan to add more circulation
Inside the cool chamber
Now that I added the Second fan, the thing works perfectly, can easily lager in the cool part(or crash cool) while holding down to the upper 50's in the other chamber. It has taken some time to figure out exactly what i can do for temp ranges but I easily have it figured out now. Has been working great for about 2.5 years now..

Nicely done! Love how this "hobby" brings out the DIYer in us.

@Stinkfist I had no idea you were such a DIY'er, you have a nice brewing setup right there! That beer in the 4th to last picture is making me very thirsty right now.

You know, it's interesting that you need to preheat your water with a 1500 W element, since that's how much power the Grainfather uses, it's not insulated and it doesn't require preheating.
It takes about an hour to get up to mash temp and another hour to heat to the boil, but it gets there.
Anyway, I said it when you posted them on that site that doesn't exist anymore, and I'll say it here too--awesome builds!
