My friend loves amber ales so I am making a special one for him. I went back and forth between the two hops I am using and just using an ounce of Sterling hops. I may go ahead and use the sterling

That looks nice and malty with all that Munich. Where would you use the Sterling?

I would use it to FWH instead of the two hops I chose. This is going to be strictly a malty beer.

Would you plan on bottling the batch or bring along a corny keg and serve it on tap?

That is so awesome, Roger! That'll be a great party tap. That amber ale is gonna be intense with all that Munich malt.
