Funny because I don't care for either a Rye or saison beer.

I've always said brew the beer you like to drink and it will be good but the one of the many great things I've learned about being assimilated by the Borg is that there is someone you'll meet who'll you will share beer with and be blown away by something you normally don't like to drink that they gave you. There are beers that are not the kind I'd brew 5 gallons of for myself but sharing a beer that I'm not crazy about has opened up my taste buds and beer horizons and I really enjoy that.

Funny, my most recent beer ready to drink is a Rye Saison. Maybe not quite ready though after all, as it's having a hard time carbing up. Not much carb and not much head, but tastes pretty good. Hopefully this will improve and if so I'll save you one dbrowning.

I guess I've never tried a Rye Saison, but I really like Saisons and got a Third place at the County fair this summer with a Rye Red. I should try one I think... :clink:
