Blue Moon hops

I made my first batches with Saaz, then switched to Hallertau.

I have 1/2 oz of Hallertau, and didn't want to buy another 1 ounce to get another 1/2 oz. I also have 1/2 oz of Saaz, 1/2 oz of Hersbrucker and plenty of East Kent Goldings, Northern Brewer, Willamette, Cascade, Challenger, Fuggle and Liberty.

I'm thinking 1/2 oz of Hallertau and 1/2 oz of Hersbrucker to use both up, both at 60.

Thoughts?

Sounds like a tasty combination. If you're just using a 60-minute hop addition, consider adding the hops while the wort is heating, to be like first-wort hopping to keep some flavor and aroma, and have smooth bitterness, instead of simply adding the hops when the wort reaches boiling. There are varying opinions as to whether this actually does anything, but I do this and have not heard reasons to not use this approach.
