Just joined this forum.

I have been brewing hard cider through the summer months.
I like brew-demon refills
I am using the Mr Beer fermenter, which works nicely for the 2.5 gallon batches.

I am looking for a good german style beer to micro brew. any recommendations?

Had a fellow brewer send me this recipe. I think it tasted pretty good when I did it, u can scale it down and easily convert to all grain if you wish. Again, NOT my recipe but another members.

Yea, I saw that. Still he can try to brew it up with his ingredients. OR if you think it's inappropriate, fell free to delete it.
