My turn for Pliny

Post by Beer-lord »

Got it done already but I started at 8. Things went very well. I hit my liquid totals much closer and added a little extra PH stabilizer to see if that helps with my FG.
OG was projected at 1.072 and I hit 1.075.
Had a friend with me most of the boil and cleanup went fast thanks to his help.

Another one done, now to sit back, drink a few and watch pre-season football.

I thought I smelled something this morning. Must have been all those hops you dropped in. Glad it all went well for you.

It looks like that whole part of the country is in sync in terms of what y'all are brewing!

Here a Pliny, there a Pliny, everywhere a Pliny, Pliny....
