Well that's how I feel today. Finally got the "brewery" up and running again after a summer hiatus. Jumped right in with a first time attempt at a bourbon stout. Since I can never seem to time it out right to get my hands - and lips - on a Bourbon County Stout I'm gonna make my own. It starts out as my Russian Imperial stout but for the last seven days of fermentation I'm going to put in some oak shavings soaked in Wild Turkey. It's gonna be for Thanksgiving.

Uhm......I don't wear pants, just shorts and Kilts.

Though it could be the same feeling as finding a A/C floor vent in the middle of summer. Ah yes, what a great feeling.
Now you have me thinking I need to brew my Rum Barrel Stout. Let me know how yours comes out.
