Here is a link for the best idea I have seen for shipping beer. From the looks of it they include the shipping box along with the bottle inserts. I have the link to 4 bottle shipping box, very inexpensive packaging too!!!! Site is spiritedshipper.com the following is for the 4 bottle shipping box.

Nice. May have to look into getting some of those. I've had success with these recently... They come in 1, 2, 3, 6, and 12 bottle size.

Nothing on the boxes from what I can tell, but best not to use USPS anyway.

You don't know Ron. I don't think he knows where UPS or FedEx are. USPS is the only way I've gotten beer from him.

Though I will say, one bottle broke during the last package he sent. The people at USPS did not blink. They cleaned up all the glass, repackaged the two survivors and send them on their way. At least someone there cares.

We had another thread a while back about the boss at USPS wanting to ship booze "legally" and I heard a blurb on the news the other day about it so I guess he's still pursuing it (YOU GO GUY  ).

Bettin' he is already all over the packaging designs that will be sold in the post offices at great profit.

A memo down the line to care for their loyal liquor shippers while they lobby for approval would not surprise me.

USPS :urock:

I use USPS too. Cheap, easy, no hassle.
My UPS guy is great though. I give him beer sometimes. Nice way to support a good relationship.

I have a couple of the boxes, my sister signed me up for a beer club thing, and those are the boxes they used, required a signature though, which was a pain. The beer club beers were pretty crappy as well lol
