Montmellick's dry irish stout?

anyone use this extract to make a stout?

looking for ideas to spruce it up. don't want to add sugar. would like to add dme dark. don't care if it is sweet or dry or ... just tasty.

got .6 oz cascade sitting around... thinking of doing a 1-2 lb dme 30 min boil with the hops...

would like suggestions for steeping grains. would be making maybe a 4 gal or 5 gal batch with it. (1 four lb can of hme)
