Great!
I'm thinking of Irish Red for my next batch. Going back to the BCS mod I made a couple of years back. It won't be identical, as that was made partly to use up leftover extract, this will be BIAB.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
Never mind, there it is.
