Anyone else have something they want Santa to bring them?

I love mine.....one from the first set sold.
I really don't want or ask for anything but will except everything.

I have a thermowell I currently use and there's only 1 hole.
Is that lid too thick to cut a hole in without consulting a professional?

Not at all. In fact, I've been wanting to do that for awhile. Thin stainless but quality work. I've fermented about 20 beers in this thing and love it.
They've really improved things too so you might be able to have them get you a lid with a hole already in it for a thermowell.

I've avoided these things because I didn't want a big fermenter.

Santa already got stuck in my airlock/chimney

He already has shown up here in NE Ohio, 25 gallon pot, Cereal Killer Mill, and Ph meter.
