Whoa...a double tap stainless for $419. And it's "new" too!! That's a hell of a price!! At first glance, it looks like the taps are not compatible with corney kegs though?????

That's what I did with mine years back. Of course, mine came with 1 tap and I've since updated to 3 but a cut of the hose and a fitting and you're done.

You would want to replace that CO2 bottle immediately. It is really difficult finding someone who will fill a 2.5 pound bottle. I would also upgrade to perlic faucets.
