Step one

Just a fun story. I was cleaning a couple kegs tonight. As I finished up, I thought, "hey, I should have a beer!" So, I finish packing every thing up, seal the two clean kegs, and pour a pint. Boom. Blown keg.
And that, friends, is why "pour a beer" should be the first step and not the last.

I feel your pain.
But, wouldn't the keg have still been empty if you tried that first?

well yeah but at least he wouldn't have to pull everything out to clean another keg.
