I saw this post in my Facebook feed (I guess FB figured out that I like beer, go figure).

I used to like Sam Adams and buy the seasonal packs but over the past few years I've lost my taste for them.
I've had a few beers over the last year or so that were served on nitro and it does provide a unique experience. I even had the same IPA on both CO2 and nitro once and it was pretty cool to experience the differences but I don't think I'll be seeking this out. Now if I'm at my favorite tap house (Beer Thirty) I'll add this to the tasters that I get, but I won't be going out to buy a 4-pack of it just to taste it.
How about you? Will you seek this out? Any interest in trying it?
