Anybody have one? I just splurged and bought one from Morebeer for $889. Will be here Thursday. I'm so excited. As some know, I brew in my apartment and it my mash tun, 10 & 5 gallon brew pots, wort chiller, etc just take up too much space. Now I will have an all in one system!

Don't have one but have read sight posts about how most like the easy way of brewing beer with it. Keep us posted on how well this brews.

I have one, and I love it! I haven't used it a ton, but it is a great piece of equipment.

However it does have a few flaws...it takes a while to heat to a boil, but it does get there. The other flaw is putting the false bottom and false top in are MAJOR effing pains in the a$$! Getting them to sit right without the silicone thing that wraps the edge of them coming off is a HUGE pain (though you do get better at it with time, it's still a pain in the ass).

Cleaning it isn't too bad, but be sure to take everything apart and don't let it sit, even if you've recirculated PBW through it. There will be some wort on the outside of things and it will damn near glue them together. Only made that mistake once!

My new toy jon. I looked at the grainfather, and this looked easier to use. It is way easy to use, and easy to clean.

Yup, Houston is different than New York, but it actually reminds me a lot of Pittsburgh in a lot of ways. I mean, Pittsburgh doesn't have fire ants and is way smaller, but there are definitely similarities.

Yeah I will when I get a chance. I love the speidel. Best decision I have made, and the next level is the 200l that I will use to open the brewery. Still getting used to the fact of how much time I am saving on cleanup, and time to get everything ready for the fermentor. We completely changed everything from when we were using the brew magic. By the time the wort is boiling I already have the grain put away for the farm, and the mash tube is clean. The brew magic took almost 2.5 hours to clean. Speidel has excellent customer service

Here is the chiller getting ready to go into action. The filter gets all of the hop trub out. The ciller can chill 13 gallons in under 10 minutes and oxygenate at the same time.:

Very nice Whamo! What is that stainless tube connected to the tubing coming out of your Braumeister? Rims Tube?

Yes, the Braumeister is what I want, if I ever stumble upon a couple grand and have no idea what else to buy with it.

Ray, that is the tube that holds the mash tube down. It cycles liquid from the bottom up through the grain vs from the top down. Every once in a while, the unit will stop pumping and let the grain resettle then start back up . My efficiency went up by 10% without changing my grind.
