This could be my first GOOD BIAB Oatmeal Stout ...

Have a question about how to do a BIAB or have a technique that you want to share. Just brew it!

... just kegged it. 5 gal. I put the flaked outs into the mash, but they were in their own muslin sack. Recipe had a small amount (0.5lb) lactose to "cream it out". 7.5 lb 2 row base grain. 1lb roasted barley. 0.5 lb 60l. Hopped out with 60/20/10 min of Galena, 0.667 oz each.

This should be good. No choclate grain. Sample taste was delicious. Am natural carbing ... 1/2 cup sugar put into keg. Can't wait ... 4 weeks to go.

Very similar to my End of the World Milk Stout. And it is fantastic.
