Just read where Oskar Blues bought Cigar City out from Under AB/Inbev's nose. Cigar City was in talks with Ab/Inbev and Oskar Blues came out shooting with a $60 M deal, they are backed by Fireman Capital Partners out of Boston. The article says Craft Breweries generally are valued at $1,000 a barrel.

On a slightly related note, I read that last December, breweries surpassed the record of 1873 with over 4144 breweries and about 2 new each day (though some fail each month).
When will the madness end.
