Another reason to buy Grolsch (if you're a guitarist)

Ahh, Grolsch... the only beer I can think of that has even more skunky, rancid, UV-exposed hop flavor than Heineken. But it does provide a rather nice, albeit, improperly colored swing top. Well, here are 2 more reasons to buy it. I especially like the strap lock idea, as a set of actual strap locks will run $40, easily:

Don’t care about the guitars or the Grolsch. But the Scottish accent is dreamy! :D

I'm intrigued on the glass cutting technique that he used to lop the top of the bottle off with. HHHmmmmm.

I think I've seen that before, Chris. I believe you score the glass, then subject it to extreme heat followed by cold to get it to crack/shatter.

Or you could try this rough and ready method:

I did a little googling and it looks pretty easy. Your on the right track Ron. A simple glass cutter and some boiling hot water, then ice water and bingo.

Honestly, my fear would be to have the whole glass shatter in my hand cutting myself to hell (instead of it being focused on the scored part).
But that's me.
