This sucker went into bottles yesterday. I pulled off a 1/2 a glass to sample after I was done and put it in the fridge to settle out the trub some. After bottling, I cleaned up and then got the sample out.

Man. This is going to be a good beer. It's got the color and body of a nice amber ale and then since I used Amarillo, it's got a really nice flavor and aroma to it. Citrussy and maybe even a little bit piney. Mmmmmmmm.

Gotta love SWMBO (who came home with a 4 pack of Guinness pint pub glasses for me that same afternoon).....when she tasted the bottling sample, she smiled and said, "That's your best on yet!!"

This is a good beer. Nice nose from the Amarillo hops.

Good body and mouthfeel. Head and lacing are nice.

Normally I make a recipe and say, "I'd change this or this," but on this one.....I'd make it exactly the same.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Sounds good. I thought Bewitched was the best straight up Mr Beer I tried but still could use some improving, yours sounds like a winner.
