last week got my leaking propane tank replaced from a hardware store instead of walmart.. night and day. this tank was pristine.. painted fresh.. brand new control valve. beautiful. the one I got from walmart looked like they took someones 10 year old tank and just refilled it.. rusty.. got a leak detector, tested on the leaky tank before the exchange and it worked like it should..yay.

last weak I cooked up a limeade wheat beer that im fond of. Monday I cooked up a leftovers witbier. made a mistake and added my final hop addition 10 minutes early but who cares? hit the og. had krausen in less than 10 hrs..yay.

next week? weather permitting a Russian imperial stout. after that an ipa.. I missed this. got lots of shiny new lme and hops.

Congrats and welcome back!

Man, I know the feeling...I just brewed my first AG recipe in I don't know how long on Sunday! It's good to be brewing again and I'm already planning more recipes!

Keep it going and hit your stride. Although it might be getting pretty hot in your hometown for all that boiling.

i try to schedule brewing for weekend , early am... barring wind and humidity. I can throw a tarp up over me hooked up to the gutters and fence for a makeshift solar screen. got 48 lbs of lme of dark, wheat and golden variety.. and a good amount of hops. looking to go nuts this year brewing 2.5 - 3 gallon batches. my hernias make 5 gallons and up kind of unlikely.

hope to harvest the 2 batches of yeast ive got going now. wlp300 and wlp400. . . but one thing at a time.
