Testing the boil off rate on my new kettle I scored off of Amazon.com two weeks ago.
14 Gallons, stainless steel with two welded ports.
Got it Memorial day for $56, free shipping! (Prime member)
30 seconds after I bought it the price went to $195!
Several other sights have the same kettle for $110-140!
Whoo Hoo! Might be time to consider 10 gallon batches!
