.....doesn't mean I don't want it. Of course I'm not going to buy it either but it's great looking porn. I mean, we don't NEED this to make good beer but at $500, it really isn't ridiculously expensive for this type of thing. One can dream, right?

Sure is pretty! If I had a LOT more room (and especially money), I'd think about it.
Probably still wouldn't get it, but we can always dream!

I'm all about the shiny vessels lately - nice. For the life of me I can't figure out what the two spigots above the thermometer are for, though. They mentioned a sampling valve, but why two?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not buying this either but oh, it's nice to fantasize - after all it's porn, right?

I think those valves are for carbonation

It does look like a relative of R2D2 also.
I am amazed at the options homebrewers have today. We are so freakin lucky!

I do reckon as well that those valves are for carbonation. The nice thing about brite tanks is they let you package the beer already carbonated, so you can enjoy your finished product immediately. In all honesty, if you're going to be using equipment like this at home, you may as well take the plunge and open your own commercial brewery! It is a nice toy, but I'll pass.
