I am filling 6 kegs in one day. A grand total of 28 gallons of beer. 3 pale and 3 creamale. Probably won't get the fermentors cleaned and boiled due to the fact it is 100* and I don't want to turn on the propane. When I get back from vacation
it will be time to brew brew brew and get ready for the fair.

Not sure other than the braumeister. I have 2 15.5 gallon fermentors in 2 different 15 cuft chest freezers and one kegerator that holds 5 kegs and another fridge that can hold 3 kegs. I only have 4 co2 feeds in the kegerator and 2 co2 feeds in the beer fridge. So when the kegerator is cashed I have 2 others that are chilled and carbed ready.

Holy Sh*t!!! I thought I was the man brewing 11 gallons and kegging 10 one day (not today or this weekend, but once in my life and I made myself a note not to do that again).
The Braumeister is working well then?

Imagine having to bottle that 28 gallons... Yeesh!! It's already too much work bottling 5 gallons at a time.

Yeah well, I'm working on that! I need a good sale on some reconditioned ones or a good craigslist find. Especially now since I stepped up production to 5 gallon batches.

I would love to have some help, but believe it or not, I got more help than I can imagine living right here.

DAMN! That's a lot of beer! How long until you're taste-testing them?
You know, for QA purposes!

I know, right? But we all seem to have misplaced the Lake Tahoe address Whamo. What is it again?
