Filling the Pipeline

Post by brewnewb »

We put a HUGE dent in the pipeline over the holiday weekend. That required some serious brewing on Sunday and Monday.

On Sunday, we brewed three 5 gallon batches of CAB (cheap ass beer) and on Monday we brewed a summer ale and a robust porter.

I'm sure you all will appreciate 25 gallons of beer fermenting in unison.

I came here with my big 10 gallons that I brewed Sunday. I will now just bow down and slowly back out the door.

The sad part is that our group has 8 kegs (6 are 5 gal and 2 are 2.5 gal).

As I type this, we have one full 2.5 gal keg of beer (sigh) to last us until these are ready.

Now I bow my head in shame ......
