Troegs Perpetual IPA Clone

After a long day yesterday, I sat down and drank a Troegs Perpetual IPA. I had picked up one bottle of this as a mixed 6 about a week ago. This is the first time I've had this. Wow, was it fantastic. It was a very well balanced IPA with a ton of different hop flavors and aromas. So much so, that I couldn't really pick out any one specific flavor or aroma, but they all seemed to play very well together. It wasn't overly bitter either, just had a nice easy bite to it that didn't overpower the beer. So at lunch today, I did some research and came up with my next recipe.
