Scored some Cooperstown beer!

We took an overnight trip to Cooperstown this week. It's always nice to visit the Baseball HoF and museum, and we love the area anyway. And since my son and I are both Mets fans, we just HAD to see Mike Piazza's plaque!
One of the newer shops in town is the Cooperstown Beverage Exchange. They feature both distilled liquor from local distilleries and beers from local breweries. I didn't get any Ommegang, because I know I can get it here at home without much trouble, but I'd never seen anything from the Cooperstown Brewing Company. I was able to make a mixer-sixer from the four styles they offer, so I took two bottles of Old Slugger Pale Ale, two bottles of Backyard IPA, and a bottle each of Nine Man Ale (a golden ale) and Bench Warmer Porter.
I also got a Variety 12-pack of cans from Butternuts, out of Garratsville. Porkslap Pale Ale, Heinnieweisse Weissebier, Snapperhead IPA, and Moo Thunder Stout. Says they're all Farmhouse Ales, which makes me wonder, but there you go. And as long as they're all tasty, they can call them Shirley, for all I care.
