Don't know how many of y'all watch or even know of Craigtube on Youtube has a vlog called Homebrew Wednesday, but I been watching for a couple years now. Now since starting to manage Home Brew of Columbus when I get a brewer with no experience, I start 'em on HMEs and advise they watch Craigbrew's "Home Brewing the Easy Way" a 4 part series on how to make a HME all the way to bottling. Or "Home Brewing Wine" also a 4 part series on making wine from a box i.e. Grand Cru. Because I know it helps me to see something done rather than just reading about it. Now, I like to give credit where credit is due, so I posted that fact on one of his Vlogs . after a couple weeks but he did reply. I think it's cool, because I truly didn't expect it, that with all the viewers and comments he has, {he also has a cooking and music vlogs} that he took the time to respond to something so trivial.

I've been watching Craig's videos for many, many years. I don't always agree with everything he says and does but he's very humble, down to earth and kind of like a next door neighbor who's a bit kooky!
I've posted many times on some of his videos and think some people treat him poorly because he uses lots of kits and keeps things simple. As he says, make the beer you want to drink and that's all that counts and I totally agree with him on that.
I don't watch his cooking videos and while I'm not into his own music, that guy is talented. He can play piano, drums, bass and probably a few other instruments and actually was in the top 100 in the 80's in Canada with a song. I think the fact that he has sight problems allows him the time to do lots of hobbies and he's been kind enough to share them with use on youtube.

Yes sadly some people think AG or nothin. I brew HME full boil extract, and AG the method depends on the time I have to brew on any given week. I tell my customers who are just starting out if you decide HME brewing is what you like that's fine there are no wrong methods, just different methods.

I've been watching Craigtube for several months now,and find it entertaining and informative. He's the kinda guy I'd like for a neighbor, but with out the loud music.Just the beer, wine and food.LoL! He's right about brewing the way YOU want to! There are too many variables in homebrewing that cause you to use the particular method you do,and it's noone's business but yours. There was one guy on there was a real JAGOFF!.Saying that Craigs videos were all wrong etc. He made his own videos, and I never did see him brew a batch. I'll continue to watch Craigtube anyways.

Love me some Craigtube!

A very talented individual that I referred to as much as the BORG :borg: when I first started brewing.
