DIY Dog - Elvis Juice

A while back, BrewDog released a catalog of just about all of their recipes to the homebrewers of the world. This weekend, I'm going to try a stab at one of them. It's called Elvis Juice. It was on tap last weekend at their event at the brewery. I did not have any, but a couple of my friends did, and they all said it was outstanding. So I'm going to give it a whirl!!! I think the recipe they released is a little different than what is available on the market. The one they released is marked prototype and is called a citrus infused IPA. The one that is available on the market is called a grapefruit infused IPA. I'm basing mine on the recipe they released in the DIY Dog publication.
Here's the recipe info that they released:
ABV - 6.5%
IBU - 60 (although their website says it's now 40)
OG - 1.060
FG - 1.010
SRM - 12.5
Mash at 149 for 75 minutes
Ferment at 66 degrees
9.9 lb Extra Pale Malt
1.92 lb Caramalt
Magnum - 2.5 g Start (yup, that's 2.5 grams, not very much)
Simcoe - 12.5 g Middle
Amarillo - 12.5 g Middle
Mosaic - 25 g End
Citra - 25 g End
Amarillo - 12.5 g End
Simcoe - 12.5 g End
Citra - 50 g Dry Hop
Amarillo - 50 g Dry Hop
Simcoe - 50 g Dry Hop
Add grapefruit and orange peel into the boil and VF for extra citrus twist
Wyeast 1056 American Ale
They don't tell you exactly when to add the hops. Other than Start, Middle and End; so it really leaves a lot of wiggle room here. I'm doing the Start at the start of the boil, the Middle at T-20 for full flavor and the End at T-7 for full aroma.
Here's the recipe that I've come up with for Saturdays brew session:
