I think you were dissapointed in the 090 that didn't work out, and even though you want to try the 1056 in another year... I'm guessing you couldn't resist and you are growing up a batch of 1056.

Oh yeah. Hansen is my 2nd favorite yeast. It's pretty much 001 meets San Diego super yeast. It's my favorite for IPA's and pales and has done well for stouts too!
