For mold, fruitflies, hop clogs and spillage. But the sample tasted really good. (Brewer's Best APA)
I may bottle a batch of Centennial Blonde later. Never Surrender!

Good to see it was no different than my bottling days. Carry on.

I bottled the second batch. Smoother, just discovered a little grass (the lawn kind) in the bottle soaking pot. I let them dry outside, upside down. But a landscaper with a leaf blower defeats that precaution. Brew and learn. "Tastes like grass? It's the hops."

sometimes the universe punishes us for making good beer too. had just finished making a cream ale...decided to take out the trash. the flipflops i was wearing snagged on something and i went over the top of the recycle bin. smashed 2 toes, had a nail snap nearly in half accross the middle and left about 2 inches of skin off my knee on the driveway.. .and i was completely sober at the time. go figure.
